This issue—in Memory of Julia Shin-Koreen, Editor-in-Chief of THE LADDER, 2007-2009—focuses in on arts in education. It is a fitting tribute to the memory of a woman who cherished the opportunities that the arts provide and felt passionately about their role in education. This form Is REQUIRED to participate in the 08-09 Arts Pack Mailings. Please answer each question clearly and concisely. When you have completed the form, e-mail it to johan.baumeister@lausd.net along with a copy of your Arts Pack mailing piece. PLEASE NOTE: Once your AEG is approved, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have one copy of the approved AEG attached to EACH mailing piece you send out to any school. Mailing materials without an approved AEG attached are subject to removal from The Arts Pack.
