From the Wallace Foundation Planning Grant for LAUSD, the new strategic plan, entitled “10 - 2: The Second 10-Year Plan” builds on the successes and lessons learned in the first ten year’s of effort. Clearly, well-thought out plans, slow progress, deep work, shared decision-making and expressive leadership will need to be the foundations of the next wave of implementation in the arts at LAUSD.
